By using KlavAudit Pro ("the tool") at klavauditpro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

KlavAudit Pro provides an AI-powered Klaviyo email audit tool that analyses your email programme and generates recommendations. The free tier includes a full audit report. The paid AI Strategist tier (£49.99/month) includes additional features including email copy, A/B test recommendations, and campaign planning.

2. Use of the Tool

• You must be 18 or older to use this service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You may not use the tool for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the tool.
• If you connect a Klaviyo account, you confirm you have the right to access that account.

3. AI-Generated Content

Audit reports, email copy, and recommendations are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, KlavAudit Pro does not guarantee that all recommendations will increase revenue or be suitable for your specific situation. AI output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation.

4. Paid Subscriptions

• The AI Strategist subscription is billed at £49.99/month via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The KlavAudit Pro tool, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use. You may not resell or redistribute audit reports or email copy without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

KlavAudit Pro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

7. Privacy

Your use of KlavAudit Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the tool at any time if these terms are violated. You may stop using the tool at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
